Sorry, it is pretty dead. It could use an influx of new blood.

The ebook covers have been coming out around the middle of the month for the past 6 months. You can visit this TOR site to see the actual schedule: http://www.tor.com/blogs/2009/10/wheel-of-time-on-torcom#ebooksTodd usually posts them here as soon as they come out though...so, rest assured you'll see them here as soon as possible! We'll have some comments on it...I'm sure! hehehehe -Garrison Bain-

sweet 50 pages till KoD is done. I heard TGS really brings like loose ends together like Rand's anger and hardness and stuff is it true?

ROAFO....Read On And Find Out!
It's a very good book in my opinion! Since you just finished KoD you'll be able to distinquish that Brandon Sanderson wrote TGS. However, he's still a very good writer...so, it's not *that* much different. But you should be warned that there are at least a few things that are different.
With that siad...it's an incredible book! I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
In fact, I think I should do a re-read of it before the next one pops out! :-)

Lets just say the story arc for Rand in TGS is, imo, amazing. The characters do seem a bit off, but I think Rand is the most true to Jordan's style.
The little Mat shows up in the book he comes off more as a Kelsier (if you've read Brandon Sanderson's Mistborn) type character. So he will probably seem the most off, and with this next book mostly centering on Mat and then Perin it might be the most jarring. It is possible with the extra work he did on this book (Sanderson did get an extra year to work on this section after all) Mat might seem more like Mat from the past.

Yeah, Perrin is the unfortunate benefactor of a bad plot...plus his woman is one of the most annoying characters in the entire series.
I still like him though...but he really needs to put Faile in her place. He also needs to stop feeling sorry for himself and actually beleive in himself as a leader...everyone else does! haha!
Personally, I think Perrin will play an important role in getting the Sanchen to fight with Rand duirng the last battle. He's already made a good impression with at least one of their top Generals...I forgot her name.
As for his wolfe-thing...I don't really know what to make of that. It's almost like RJ has been preparing us for Perrin to be some sort of super deam-walker...once he figures it all out. With Hopper's help...of course! I don't know though...
Regardless, you're right...Perrin's story line just doesn't seem as important as everyone elses.

im about 6 chapters into TGS and i think that most of them are Jordan's writing. there are some style changes and that may have been from the editing so ya. still pretty epic. i heard Rand uses the True Power later, im getting excited for that. can i get some spoilers? how does he access the True Power?

He puts his finger in a wall socket and...POW!!! The True Power just oozes out of all his pores...the room goes dark...and all you see is his glowing red hair! It's awesome! -Garrison Bain- P.S. When we're not going to give you a spoiler...we like to make stuff up! Just kidding with you, though...tell us what you think if Rand actually does use the True Power.
