I don't see Min that way. Of the three, I think she's the one who loves Rand unconditionally and, therefore, acts accordingly. Elayne has her duties to Andor, Aviendha has hers to the Aiel. They love Rand, but they put those duties before him. Which they should - I'm not saying that's a bad thing.
But Min's primary concern, pretty much from when we first meet her, is Rand. She's the one who comes to the acceptance of "sister wives" before either Elayne or Avi - even with Aviendha being Aiel. She pretty much orchestrates the Bonding - it wouldn't have happened without her slipping away from him in the palace and going to find the other two. Once she joins him in Caemlyn (in LOC), she uses her gift as an oracle exclusively to help him. I believe she'll be the one to puzzle out, through her study of Herid Fel's books, just how he's supposed to defeat the DO.
You also have to take into consideration Rand's perception of Min. He never doubts her, never mistrusts her. His faith in her is absolute. He depends on her to lighten his mood when it gets too dark, to listen to him and tell him what she honestly thinks of his ideas, even to watch his back when he can't.
He certainly doesn't consider her to be clingy, needy or annoying. Considering the path he's on, she is exactly what he needs, imho...
