Superman beat the Hulk when they had the DC/Marvel crossover storyline. The Hulk is also invulnerable and gets more powerful as he gets angry. With some effort Superman laid him out. You can probably technically say, as you are with Goku, that if the Hulk got angry enough he could beat Superman. That doesn't change the fact Superman still laid his ass out.

I am no Superman fan, I read Marvel comics when I was a kid, but I'd have to go with Superman here as well. The only reason Superman has been given some vulnerabilities is because completely invulnerable characters are boring.

I've read the wiki page on Goku, I it is still my opinion Superman would win.

Now, here is my question to you. Do you want peoples opinion or do you just want people to agree with you?

When it comes down to it they are just fictional characters. We're talking about uber characters in a fictional universe, and quite frankly they are the type of character I find a little boring because since they can't be beaten. Like I said earlier the only reason Superman has any vulnerabilities at all is because the original version with no vulnerabilities was boring. The original Superman, Doomsday wouldn't even have been able to kill. Even then the killing didn't stick.

Goku is from an anime show. I am not sure if you have even watched an anime before but heres a page on him from wiki. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Goku go and read that before just go yeah nothing can beat the man of steel because in this world there are super powerful beings that can blow up planets.

Okay, well, now there you lost me...  *not a fan of anime*  I mean, I don't want to throw off on what you like.  To each their own, and all that.  But anime has always just annoyed the hound out of me - starting with Speed Racer...

In the DBZ universe there doesnt seem to be an enemy that Goku can not defeat. I guess they both could be considered over powered but then again so are the villians. Though as far as superman cartoon as concerned >> no human can punch superman and not hurt his fist.

Well, on short: I don't really know Goku because Dragonballz has never been much appealing to me. I do like Anime and Manga to some extent, but my favourites are manga like Nausicaä or Princess Mononoke by Hayao Miyazaki.
To judge who would win one should have an idea what they would be fighting over, I think. From what I read on the wikipedia link you provided, Goku seems to be the hero, right? Which means there wouldn't be a reason for that fight anyway. Unless he's up to harm earth in some way, which would definitely mean he'd be beaten by Superman, because Supes never failed saving Earth, or mankind.
If I imagine it the other way round it might go like this: Superman runs into some red kryptonit which changes him into some sort of evil twin. In hat case, I'm sure Goku would manage to keep him in check until the effect runs out. Because that's basically how most comics go: All's well that ends well.

There is one point that you forgot about Goku. Heres a reason for a fight between the two. Goku hears about how powerful and strong Superman is and in wanting to test it out for himself to see just how powerful he is and the fact that he likes fighting powerful opponets he would in fact challenge Superman to a fight and test his strength against him. Sayans are more powerful then humans. The entire race is made up of powerful beings who loves to fight and get stronger. If he were to still have his tail and look at a full moon he would transform into that huge ape form. His power level gets a major boost but nothing like when he goes into Super Sayan form. I think that if Goku where to fight superman while in his super sayan form it would be an interesting fight besides the fact that Goku has access to all those attacks that he has shown in the anime.
