I figured it'd be fun to know what everyone's listening to right now, and maybe get some recommendations all around.

Right now I'm stuck on Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace by the Foo Fighters.

What to download/Listen to:

The Pretender
Long Road to Ruin
I believe the world is burning to the ground.

Si vis pacem, para bellum.

If you would have peace, prepare for war.

Currently I've been listening to the new Eagles album, Long Road out of Eden. It's quite good.
Nothing to see here. Move along.

Actually, right now I'm very hung up on The Blue Notebooks by Max Richter.  I'd recommend it to anyone.  Other than that, I've been really enjoying Einheit's "Dream State" lately as well as anything by my friend Dean Richards, aka Disturbed Earth.

*points up*

What he said about "The Blue Notebooks"...

I've been on a general classical kick for the last week or so.

This is my classical (mostly) playlist from Project Playlist.  A few of the links are out of date, and I just haven't had time to update them.

The voices may not be real, but they have some pretty good ideas...

"Long Road to Ruin" by the Foo Fighters is a good one!  I've got that one on my MP3 player.

My favorite music is Alternative Rock...and my favoirte band is Puddle of Mudd.  Their new album is titled "Famous".

Current fav song: "Thinking about You" by Puddle of Mudd.

I really like fast, catchy beat, pop music too...the kind of stuff you can workout with and not get depressed!  hahaha

Current fav song in that realm: "Remember the Name" by Fort Minor...and "Don't stop the Music" by Rihanna.

Another song I've gotten hooked on...

The Starting Line - Island (Float Away)
I believe the world is burning to the ground.

Si vis pacem, para bellum.

If you would have peace, prepare for war.

Hey, I just found an *incredible* new music site.

http://www.pandora.com

This site creates virtual radio stations for you...with only the kind of music you like!!!  You can't download anything from there...but, as long as you're online, you can hear only the kind of music you're really into!

So far I've been impressed!  I logged in, it asked me two questions...and the music started playing!  It was cool!

Later,

I've posted that link before, but it is a great site. :)
I could have been a contender.

*Revives!*

I've gotten back into some older Finger Eleven.

They have a lot of great songs, I like the older stuff a bit better than the latest album.

Some from the new one:

Paralyzer
I'll Keep Your Memory Vague

My favorite older ones:

One Thing
First Time

Three other miscellaneous songs I've been listening to non-stop:

Breaking Benjamin - Sooner or Later
Rise Against - The Good Left Undone
Papa Roach - Scars
I believe the world is burning to the ground.

Si vis pacem, para bellum.

If you would have peace, prepare for war.

Currently revisiting the Steve Roach library...very much digging the Immersion series.  Long-form ambient just rules.

Never tried Imeem. Maybe I'll give it a try, but since I live in the US I do have Pandora. :)

Right now, and I mean at this moment, I am listening to Shinedown Us And Them. Now Winamp has crashed, I guess I am not listening to them anymore.
