Loved the movie.  The music, the first time the stargate was activated... a young James Spader...  What wasn't to love??  ;)

I never quite got into the tv shows for some reason.

The movie was cool. I never got into the series much either though. Then it last 2 seasons it's added the two main actors from Farscape. Can't help but think that was the Sci Fi Channel trying appease a lot of pissed off Farscape fans.

Love it! too bad the last SG1 season is 10, at least a channel is still showing the really old ones. never got into the Atlantis series for long.
